Summary of Primary Function/Scope:


The Account Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the business relationships with assigned IHT agency representatives to ensure exceptional satisfaction and to increase patient referrals with each agency. The Account Coordinator will enter incoming referrals, assign them to the most appropriate clinician, and resolve any agency issues and challenges. Locations for this role could include: King of Prussia, PA, Burr Ridge, IL and or West Palm Beach, FL. Essential Responsibilities:• Communicating with agencies to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed.• Building strong agency relationships to maintain current business and acquire additional referrals.• Tracking and communicating all steps in completing patient care to ensure we are meeting the agencies' needs.• Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the agencies’ needs.• Acting as the liaison to ensure that agency needs are met as we become the therapists' employer of choice.• Collecting and analyzing data concerning agency behavior to understand changing needs.

Education/Experience:


• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.• 2 to 3 years of healthcare administration or related work experience required.• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, products, services, and areas of designated agencies.• Exceptional computer skills; Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Problem-solving and problem-analysis, conflict resolution• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.• Attention to detail and accuracy.• Efficiently and effectively able to manage, prioritize, and complete multiple priorities and tasks.

Physical Requirements:


• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
