Job Description


Arcadis' Raleigh office is seeking a project designer who will help witn architectural design, prepare permit submissions while working on client projects in transit ArchitectureAt Arcadis, you will be a vital member of a network of design professionals who value collaboration, fresh insight, and bold talent. You will also be part of a sought-after work culture that supports dynamic career advancement and prizes work/life balance. Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI’s Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Places’ capabilities, and CRTKL’s multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology.

Role Responsibilities:


  • Develop Architectural designs and drawings from preliminary concepts and sketches
  • Create and present design solutions using corporate standards and clients specifications,
  • Prepare permit submission packages, prepares construction drawings and specifications,
  • Assist in contract administration,
  • Assist with review of consultants drawings,
  • Researche building products for value and efficiency, assists in coordinating the design, construction and management of projects including liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants,
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, submissions, and presentations 
  • Working in-office for a  minimum of 3-days per week is required.

Qualifications


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Minimum (5) years experience with a minimum (2) years experience working with Revit
  • Bachelor/Masters of Architecture
  • Registerred Architect or in the process of registering considered an asset
