We are looking for a Visual Designer who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Visual Design team, which is responsible for transforming the goal of the company and the product into a sensible user experience and also looking after that experience to ensure it's scalable and sustainable. What you’ll be working on:
- Creating visually appealing and on-brand social media banners and meme posts for our DeFi crypto swap platform.
- Collaborating closely with our marketing team to understand campaign objectives and create graphics that resonate with our target audience.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and news in the crypto community to respond quickly to relevant requests.
- Designing graphics that effectively convey complex DeFi concepts and information in a visually engaging manner.
- Ensuring all graphics are optimised for various social media platforms and maintaining consistent branding.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and attention to detail in all your work.
- Open to feedback and iterating on designs as necessary to achieve the desired impact.
- Assisting in video editing and motion graphics when necessary (a plus but not mandatory).

About you:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing social media graphics and meme posts.
- A deep passion for the crypto community and a good understanding of DeFi concepts.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on tight deadlines and respond quickly to requests.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team.
- The ability to work independently and remotely while staying connected with the team during England time-zone hours.
- Video editing and motion graphic skills (a plus but not mandatory).
- Fluent English.
