WORK ENVIRONMENT:
We are a remote first company with the exception of a few positions being onsite in our designated locations. The positions which are remote you will need to be able to travel a few times a year. You may be required at times to visit client sites or attend meetings at designated locations with your team members.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Operations Specialist is responsible for providing deposit servicing and reporting functions for all digital deposit processing and accounts. This role also serves as the internal liaison and subject matter expert for SmartCore transactional and back office activity. The ability to perform work in accordance with established policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLA) with cross functional departments is also crucial to their success. This role also provides guidance to other team members to ensure daily deadlines and service levels are met.
Participating in projects requiring coordination with other teams will be required to ensure the overall success of the team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service for all digital deposit services
- Learning & maintaining knowledge of Nymbus suite of products
- Strong understanding of NACHA and ACH rules and regulations
- Review & decision Mobile Deposits for all digital clients
- Work ACH & Inclearing exceptions for all digital clients
- Wire processing experience
- Assist in implementation of proactive measures to prevent fraud
- Mitigation & prevention of fraud loss
- Provide support & research regarding digital deposit services related to ACH, inclearing, mobile deposits, reconciliation
- Work & manage all tickets within Rules of Engagement for all Digital Operations tickets
- Assist with testing of new releases & bug fixes for all Nymbus clients
- Familiarity with banking compliance regulations and adherence to those regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of industry related experience preferred
- Familiarity with banking compliance regulations and adherence to those regulations preferred
- Proven development and motivational skills
- Strong familiarity with operations support management hardware/software
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Internet Explorer, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective public presentation skills
- Diligent Time Management and analytical skills
- Process and detail oriented
- Deadline oriented and prioritization awareness
Salary & Benefits:
- $45,000 – $55,000 Annual Salary
- Annual Cash Bonus and Equity Options commensurate with the role level and experience
