Organizational Change Management (OCM) Professional
with a background in cybersecurity, specifically with Zero Trust. It is preferred to be onsite one day per week or one week per month. The role will support a federalagency and require US citizenship and a federal background investigation.

Work You'll Do:
- Zero Trust Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on the principles of Zero Trust security, educating employees at all levels on concepts such as micro-segmentation, continuous authentication, and least privilege access.
- Change Management: Design and execute change management strategies to drive the adoption of the Zero Trust security model throughout the organization. Collaborate with teams to manage resistance and ensure successful change initiatives.
- Zero Trust Framework Implementation: Work with IT teams to implement Zero Trust security controls, including securing network access, device posture assessments, and application access controls.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and prioritize mitigation efforts. Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and measures.
- Policy Development: Partner with legal and compliance teams to develop and communicate cybersecurity policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulations.
- Incident Response: Assist in the development and testing of incident response plans. Train employees on incident response protocols and ensure preparedness for cybersecurity incidents.
- Monitoring and Compliance: Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and trends, conduct periodic audits, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT teams, executives, and employees, to promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and responsibility.
- Measurement and Evaluation: Implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of cybersecurity training and change management initiatives. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve cybersecurity programs.
What You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience with strategizing with all levels within the organization for the development of a roadmap and implementation of change programs
- 1+ years of experience providing input, documenting requirements and supporting the design and delivery of change management training
- 1+ years of experience leading efforts to execute change management recommendations across multiple initiatives including new business processes, technology and organization changes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

$120,000 - $135,000 a yearUltraViolet Cyber maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect our company's differing products, services, industries and lines of business.
