About the Company:
Pivot Health, a Healthcare.com company, is seeking a Sales Support Agent to join our team. At Pivot Health, we work with partners across the healthcare and insurance industries to craft products for people who don’t fit in a box. Through our network of agents and our direct-to-consumer website, we sell specialized individual health insurance plans and other products for people who are not a good fit for traditional employer-sponsored group plans or government-sponsored plans.
Job Description:
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating lead to prospect contracting activities, scheduling appointments with National Recruiter, and processing administrative online contracts.Responsible for new agent onboarding, getting agents familiar with the website, how to log in, how to run a quote, register for product webinar, and introduce agents to AE.The candidate must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team. Candidates should possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with Lead screening and initial phone screens. Maintain lead databaseHandle and process agent licensing and contracts online.Assist in agent onboardingAssist in streamlining the process from lead to prospectCoordinate contracting activities internally as well as with external carrier partners.Undertake clerical duties (answering emails and creating online contracting links)Ability to make outbound phone calls and provide onboarding information Track agent activities and schedule follow-ups as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a contracting specialist for an insurance agency or carrier. Familiarity with contracting practices and stages (screening, assessment, and onboarding).Experience using contact management systems for tracking leads and following up through the process.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organization and time management skills.
