Job Description


We are looking for a Senior Digital CX Specialist tojoin our growing team and lead the design of the activation journey for a streaming video product. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and will possess a deep understanding of digital activation strategies. If you enjoy making an impact on a fast moving, dynamic team, this position could be a great fit for you!This is a full-time, Philadelphia-based position, with the possibility of hybrid work (in the U.S.) and will be a W-2 hourly 8-10 week contract with possible extension.The hourly rate is 

$75/hr. – $80/hr. 

 Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, trainings, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development, documentation, and implementation of activation strategies to drive user engagement and retention throughout the customer journey.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the activation process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and marketing to optimize the activation experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continually iterate and optimize activation flows and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital customer experience to drive innovation and excellence.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital customer experience, with a focus on activation and onboarding journeys.
  • Proven track record of developing, documenting, and implementing successful activation strategies in a fast-paced, consumer-facing digital environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with streaming video products or similar digital entertainment platforms is a plus.
