Working closely with our dynamic sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. 

What You’ll Do:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement. 
  • Assist in developing and executing targeted sales campaigns to reach key decision-makers in educational institutions. 
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth. 
  • Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for prospective clients. 
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 
  • Shadow experienced sales professionals during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to observe and learn best practices. 

Requirements

  • Must be a sophomore, junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor. 
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and technology. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). 
  • Available to commit to a minimum of 20 hours internship duration.
