Seen as the leader of the concierge team. Acts as a leader by maintaining professionalism at all times, supervises the day-to-day functions of the team ensuring that tasks are completed. Acts as the direct liaison between GM, Membership team and Concierge team.
- Distributes and monitors the execution of tasks given by management
- Provides new hire and ongoing training for the concierge team
- Seeks out new tasks for the concierge team to work on during slower hours
- Manages inventory levels for supplies and equipment
- Monitors usage of cell phones, personal work, and personal conversations.
- Alerts leadership of any issues that need to be addressed.

- Sits in on interviews with new team member candidates
- Schedule
- Creates Concierge team schedule
- Monitors breaks, tardiness, overtime, excessive lunches, uniform issues
- Checks in with team members as they arrive to make sure they are informed for the day
- Attend BEO Meetings
- Provides team with needed information from BEO meetings
- Attend Marketing Meeting
- Provides team with needed information from marketing meetings
- Attend Membership Meeting
- Provides team with needed information from marketing meetings
- Monitors incoming and outgoing emails
- Handles customer service escalations from concierge team
