Your Role:
As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in creating data-driven product solutions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing our products, websites, and rollouts, and generating insightful analyses to better understand our users. You will report back with easy-to-understand data visualizations and clear solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Use various tools to extract and analyze data generated by online user activity.
- Data Visualization: Report findings with clear and understandable data visualizations.
- Communication: Communicate insights and provide solutions that yield demonstrable results.
- Collaboration: Work with product and development teams to implement solutions.
- User Understanding: Understand the behavior and expectations of online visitors.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest trends in online marketing and UX design to provide actionable insights.
Skills and Experience:
- Educational Background: B.S. in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Analytical Experience: Experience in analyzing data and producing comprehensive reports.
- Web Analytics Expertise: Proficiency with major web analytics tools, particularly Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of front-end coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experimentation Knowledge: Understanding of experimentation concepts and statistical methods.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insights.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent critical-thinking skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- CRO and UX Knowledge: Familiarity with current standards and best practices for CRO, UX, accessibility, and the web.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with people in engineering, marketing, and creative fields.
- Growth Mindset: Fierce interest in personal development, self-improvement, and continuous learning.
- Nice to Haves: Experience with tools/platforms such as Mouseflow, Crazyegg, Jira, Trello, and Salesforce. Familiarity with on-site testing platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize) is a plus.
