NBC's are some of the first people our prospective clients talk to, so we’re looking for someone who can be the voice of the company. eCapital offers financial products and services that help keep small-to-medium sized businesses thriving. Responsibilities:
- Promptly and professionally answer calls and marketing inquires with the number one goal being to provide an exceptional experience.
- Qualify prospective clients via phone, live chat on our website and email – with the goal of passing along qualified leads to the sales team efficiently and accurately.
- Accurately record customer information and details of correspondence in Salesforce.
- Listen and respond appropriately in all interactions with prospects and clients by researching, problem solving, and resolving issues that might arise.
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and integrity by consistently adhering to eCapital’s policies.
- Maintaining a strong working knowledge of products & services and company policies & procedures.
Qualifications:
- The ability to meet or exceed all department Key Performance Indicators that measure overall performance.
- Must be able to multi-task, function in a fast-paced environment and be detail oriented.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form, sell products and services effectively, and meet goals.
- Must have the ability to use Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications, as well as the ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- 1-2 years customer service experience preferred.
Compensation:
- Potential earnings of $37,000-$62,000 per year based on experience and performance.
