Special Requirements
- US Citizenship Required to obtain DOT Public Trust
- Bachelor’s Degree + min of 5 years of experience
- One or more Active Ui Path certifications (UiABA, UiARD, UiRPA)
- Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
- Specialize in RPA design patterns and practices
The Gist…
Our RPA Developer will work as part of a small team to introduce and support PaaS, HyperAutomation, Visualization and Collaborative service in an effort to assist DOT in the evaluation and adoption of new and emerging technologies.
What Your Day Might Include…
- Design, develop and implement automation models.
- Provide technical support of RPA Automation development and implementation in UiPath.
- Architect and develop workflow-based solutions, as needed.
- Build code sequences to automate repetitive tasks and manual processes.
- Proactively monitor and measure the effectiveness of automations and troubleshoot, as needed.
- Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
- Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
- Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
- Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
- Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.
- Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
- Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
- Acts as team leader on projects.
- Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team.
- Working aside Scrum Master and Business Analyst to align with agile best practices.
- Partake in a cadence of Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements
You’ll Bring These Qualifications…
- Bachelor’s degree· Over 3+ years supporting clients in RPA and Automation Tool Development / Maintenance · Understanding of Scrum team methods and agile best practices.
- Experience developing and implementing automated RPA processes as a certified developer.
- Experiencewith RPA design patterns and practices including queue management.
- Understands the use of design principles and when RPA software is suitable.
- Knowledge of quality standards and best practice.
- Enterprise Architecture for Cloud-Based Systems.
- Preferable: UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Experience.
- Willingness to learn new programs and skills.
- Programming skills in R, Matlab, Java, Python, C, C++, C#, VB, or .NET.
- Ability to identify processes that are ideal for automation and creative problem-solving ability.
- RPA tool (ex: UIPath, PowerAutomate) developer experience.
- Experience creating SOPs and similar process guides to support RPA clients.
- Ability to follow design and coding standards and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
