The role:
Head of Product is one of the principal leadership roles that will directly impact Chaturbate's further evolution. If you're a visionary leader with expertise in innovating consumer web products, this is the right opportunity for you!As Head of Product, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Report directly to the CEO of Chaturbate.
- Hire a team comprised of exceptional talent and cultivate a culture of excellence.
- Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, metrics, etc.
- Influence and communicate with all levels of management.
Requirements
- Proven track record establishing a vision and managing product roadmaps for consumer web products.
- Proven experience growing product management organizations, including leading ICs and product leads.
- Hands-on experience working with software engineering teams.
- MBA degree in a relevant field would be a great plus.
Benefits
Compensation:
The Base Salary range for this position is $250,000 - $300,000.
This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
