Requirements
What you should bring to the table:
- A major industry certification is desired but relevant experience is considered.
- Minimum of 5 plus years of experience in similar role.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to present oneself in a professional & personable manner in this client-facing position.
- Must be self-motivated.
- High-level problem solving skills.
- Minimum of 5 years experience with deploying and configuring Window Servers
- Ability to multitask and keep exceptional organization
- Expert knowledge of server operating systems (Windows 2016/2019/2022)
- Understanding of LAN / WAN technologies – Cisco and Fortinet experience helpful
- Strong skillset in Microsoft 365/O365 offerings and solutions
- Ability to deploy, manage and troubleshoot email systems (O365 - Exchange Online/Exchange 2010/2013/2016/2019)
- Ability to deploy, manage and basic troubleshooting of SQL (2014/2016/2017/2019)
- Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) experience heavily desired (Chassis/Blade/Fabric Interconnect configuration)
- Experience with mobile computing and cloud-based technologies
- Strong experience with various server, networking, and SAN hardware technologies
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies. VMware experience heavily desired. Cisco, Citrix, and Sharepoint experience is also desired.
