We are seeking a tech-savvy Relationship Manager with keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a Relationship Manager, you will foster and maintain partnerships, execute initiatives to enhance partner relationships, and collaborate with various departments to ensure service quality. The ideal candidate has experience in payment processing and a solid understanding of how our solution benefits the industry. This is not a hunter position — we need individuals who can collaborate with our existing partners to optimize the commercialization of Biller Genie for their sales teams.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to build effective partner relationships
- Develop and execute a targeted customer retention strategy
- Manage partner profiles using Salesforce
- Report progress to key internal groups
- Drive adoption within accounts through effective implementation plans
- Gather and share feedback to enhance our software
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to maintain business expertise
- Adapt and balance speed and efficiency
- Fulfill other duties as required by Management
- Approximately 10% travel expected (2 days per month)
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in payment processing and/or merchant services
- SaaS background is preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, high-expectation environment
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
