Position Overview:


The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts. As the first marketing hire, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a marketing team, manage key marketing functions, and work closely with the executive team to achieve our business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Content Marketing
  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Create and manage a content calendar, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and other relevant content.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.
  • Product Marketing
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Sales Enablement
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including sales decks, product sheets, and case studies.
  • Assist with training and supporting the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell our products.
  • SEO and Website Management
  • Develop and implement an SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
  • Oversee website content and updates to ensure it is optimized for search engines and provides a great user experience.
  • Monitor website analytics and use data to inform and improve marketing strategies.
  • Brand Development
  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Manage social media presence and engagement.
  • Metrics and Reporting
  • Define and track key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance for the executive team.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the founding team, duties are subject to change at the discretion of the Company

Desired Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.- Strong understanding of content marketing, product marketing, SEO, and sales enablement.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.Salary Range: $100K-$150KPredictionHealth is currently not hiring in the following states: CA, DC, MT, HI, or NYThis organization participates in E-Verify.
