Job Summary:


The Client Services Manager will act as a liaison between NationsBenefits and its clients. It is the Client Services Manager’s responsibility to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and assisting with general operations. Day to day operations require managing client deliverables and expectations, assisting with client implementations, and other activities as business needs arise. This person works to resolve problems and ensure that products are delivered timely and as expected. The role also includes management of other team members in completion of tasks and resolution of issues.

This position may require limited travel. As the lead engagement partner, the Client Services Manager is the ultimate owner of the client relationship and is charged with ensuring deliverables are on spec and on time. Also will provide interdepartmental training and leading by influence across departments. The Client Services Manager will take point in emergency client situations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Marketing activities related to current client deliverables
  • Reporting key updates to top executives in the organization
  • Leading key internal analysis projects
  • Hosting internal and client conference calls
  • Hosting quarterly or annual business reviews
  • Researching competitors and client businesses
  • Benchmarking statistics against internal and external standards
  • Attending conferences and on-site meetings
  • Coordinating between various departments in order to meet deliverable deadlines

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related Health field, preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in account management or other Client Services role, business to business preferred
  • Project management, certification a plus
  • Expert Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word
  • Expert Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Advanced Public speaking & Presentation Skills
  • Attention to detail

  • Creative thinking, problem solving
  • Solution orientation
  • Soft selling and upselling
