We are proud to now deliver that same highest level of service support to all makes and models at your location via our mobile fleet service program.The Mobile Biller is responsible for all aspects of estimation, obtaining approvals and writing and billing repair orders within a captive shop location. The qualified individual can perform any additional responsibilities regarding service administration as needed and assigned.RequirementsDescription:

  • Accurately perform and maintain billing information/transactions within computer systems.
  • Has a working knowledge of the computer system and all other information systems.
  • Prepares and maintains all records and documents required for the duties being performed; knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures relating to service transactions.
  • Has a working relationship with the customer and maintain constant communication surrounding quotes, status updates, obtain approvals and billing.
  • Has the ability to perform any of the other department duties as needed and assigned.
  • Work closely with respective area managers and those within the mobile billing department on a daily basis.

Requirements


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree/certificate in business or similar education preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or other clerical role required.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and superior customer service skills are needed.
  • Must be able to handle general business math.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Ability to handle and problem solve issues that might occur in a professional manner.
  • Must be well organized and able to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Must be team oriented and willing to adapt to change.

Compensation: Salary range from $55K - 65K/year - This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled.
