Special Requirements
- US Citizenship Required to obtain a Public Trust.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in a management consulting role focused on business development, governance, analytics, and research.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms (such as Airtable, HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
The Gist…
The Management Consultant will support and enhance the customer's market development operations and Business Development (BD) processes. This position requires a blend of business development acumen, governance expertise, analytical skills, Salesforce knowledge, research abilities, and strong proficiency in content creation. The ideal candidate will have exceptional spreadsheet skills and writing skills and be adept at working within both Microsoft and Google office environments.
What Your Day Might Include…
- Meet with executive stakeholders from various Business Units to understand their challenges and needs.
- Communicate stakeholder insights and requirements to project teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and standardize business development (BD) processes.
- Enhance management optics for a unified approach across all BD activities, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, including follow-on and upsell projects.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover potential opportunities and evaluate their viability.
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to draft detailed project proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Ensure proposals align with customer needs and organizational goals.
- Develop and manage strategic sales plans for different market segments.
- Align sales strategies with TTS's strategic goals to increase market share.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring effective engagement with prospects, partners, and clients.
- Monitor pipeline progress and adjust meet growth targets while complying with public sector regulations.
- Provide leadership in facilitating interagency agreements.
- Ensure seamless integration of services within TTS operations, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
- Conduct research on potential customers' strategic directions, capability needs, and gaps.
- Stay updated on emerging technological trends such as GenAI/LLM, Customer Experience, Cloud Migration, and Cyber Security.
- Analyze findings to inform business development strategies and decision-making processes.
- Provide dedicated support for the migration, data cleansing, and integration of Business Unit (BU) CRM data into the overarching Enterprise CRM system.
- Develop key performance metrics, conduct pipeline data analysis, and manage OTCRM data engineering.
- Support the administrative day-to-day operations and training of the enterprise CRM system.
