We are currently on the lookout for an Infrastructure & Cloud Analyst to join the global team! This role will be reporting to a Chief Information Officer.
Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for deploying SAP solutions, dimensioning infrastructure, and providing client support on infrastructure-related issues.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Setup and support of IT infrastructure with a focus on Windows-based environments.
- A strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware and to be able to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network-related tasks.
- System Infrastructure monitoring.
Requirements and qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft server-based environments with experience in
o System infrastructure monitoringo Active Directory management.o DNS troubleshooting.o RDP/RDS management.o Experience with virtualized solutions such as VMWare and Hyper-V.o Experience with Linux-based servers, specifically SUSE.
Technical Skills:
Must-Have:
- Microsoft Server.
- Linux-based servers, specifically SUSE.
- Network management and troubleshooting (VPN, IPSec, Firewalls…).
- SQL Server setup, and management.
- Clouds: AWS (additional experience with Azure is an advantage).
- VMWare and Hyper-V.
Nice-to-Have:
- SAP Business One experience.
- Grafana.
- Prometheus.
Language skills:
- English: Business level (written and spoken) – Mandatory.
Personal Skills:
- Good time-management skills
- Service and customer orientation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
