The Porter provides routine cleaning and custodial maintenance of the property’s exterior. They are responsible for maintaining the clean and hygienic condition of the property’s premises and facilities.Special Note: The Porter at this site will also be required to drive senior residents to a variety of locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with repairing and maintaining the community features.
- Ensure a safe and clean-living experience for our residents.
- Maintain a high-level of customer service.
- Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
- Perform other duties as required.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- General interest in custodial and/or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and being on call.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
