What Need Can You Fill?


The Recruiting Intern will be exposed to various elements of our function, focusing on Recruiting.  

What Will You Be Doing?


RECRUITING:


  • Will run point on recruiting for our 2025 Summer Internship Team
  • Supports frontline recruiting efforts to support Intradiem HR Team and hiring managers to meet staffing needs
  • Utilizes ATS to post, update, and renew requisitions
  • Utilizes ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to create searches aligned with current recruiting needs
  • Creates and shares social media postings to enhance brand awareness and attract frontline candidates to reoccurring requisitions
  • Communicates with HR Team to identify KPIs of desired talent; sorts and filters through resumes and candidate profiles to select talent for current and proactive opportunities
  • Schedules phone screenings and interviews with potential candidates
  • Utilizes interview guides and ATS notes section to update candidate status and keep files current in ATS
  • Participate in in-person or virtual career fairs as needed

OTHER:


  • Assist with other People-team projects as needed, including benefits, training, and HRIS management.

What Will You Need To Succeed?


  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL
  • Prior internship experience working in an HR or recruiting department or agency preferred
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
