Your focus? Working with our clients to ensure they enjoy a world-class, end-to-end, customer experience. It is critical that our Solution Engineers have a robust and thorough understanding of cloud-native applications, distributed systems, and REST API integrations to help support our customers in designing and implementing cutting-edge embedded finance tech stacks. Day to day you will partner with a broad set of stakeholders from Engineers and Product Managers to C-level execs as well as internal teams. You will be developing proof of concepts, delivering product demonstrations, proposing appropriate solutions designed to meet the customer's expectations, owning the technological aspect of the end-to-end sales cycle and ensuring the successful go-live of the customer.
Your role will be critical in ensuring our customers see the intended benefits of the technologies we offer.As one of the fastest-growing startups, we also encourage all our teams to offer recommendations, make contributions to our technology road map and constructively challenge how we do things. Solutions engineering plays a key role in this.Our UK team is growing, we are currently 90+ employees, working in a hybrid work environment with 3 days per week required in our office in Holborn.

Skills and experience you will bring:
4+ years of experience in a related position such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture and Software Engineering implementing or delivering software product solutions (eg. cloud-first solution, professional services or development background)
Familiarity with industry-standard integration patterns and development practices
An understanding of multi-system API integrations
Experience working with non-technical and C-level stakeholders, and customers
