During a typical day, you will:
- Support the business on acquiring new customers and reactivating existing ones
- Design, build and maintain reliable and scalable web services (both frontend and backend)
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Marketing Tech roadmap - together with the teams in Brazil
- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Acquisition teams to understand their needs and develop technical solutions that deliver business value
- Implement and maintain data integration from various sources to support Marketing Analytics
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of web services, ensuring high responsiveness and minimal downtime
- Implement rigorous testing protocols to identify and fix bugs. Ensure high standards of quality in all software releases
Your Profile:
- Javascript ES6 or newer + Typescript
- Relational databases (e.g. Postgres, MySQL)
- 5+ years experience with NodeJs backends
- 5+ years experience with React frontends
- Comfortable with Docker and containerization
- Experience with a 2nd backend framework (e.g. Python, Go, PHP, NextJs) (Preferred not required)
- Experience with a 2nd frontend framework (e.g. Vue, NextJs) (Preferred not required)
- Modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js, Next.js) (Preferred not required)
- Previous experience with Shopify ecommerce platform (Preferred not required)
- Non-relational databases (e.g. MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis) (Preferred not required)
- Previous experience with AdTech/MarTech (Preferred not required)
- Great communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong project management skills
- Must have high attention to detail
- Self-starter spirit who takes initiative
- Team player attitude
- Experience mentoring others
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
