Location: South Florida Job Type: Remote, occasional in-office required (Miramar, FL)Salary: $55k per yearAbout the RoleAs a Start-up Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our start-up services department. Your mission will be to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the customer experience by proactively seeking improvements in current processes. This position requires you to be a key player in managing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and their satisfaction with our services leads to long-term partnerships and interest in our other business units, such as Accounting and Taxes.In this role, you will be responsible for following up with clients, closing deals, and ensuring the entire process is completed within the established time frames.
Effective communication with clients is essential, as it will foster a strong relationship and ensure they are kept informed throughout the process.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervisory
- Team Supervision: Ensure every team member is performing to their highest potential by monitoring and reporting on KPIs.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Decision-Making: Apply professional judgment to make decisions when faced with issues, without always needing to consult the manager.
- Problem-Solving: Understand client issues, conduct necessary research, and provide effective solutions independently before escalating to the manager.
Operational
- Ensure Operational Efficiency: Monitor and manage the operations of the start-up services department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance performance and achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the services provided, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Deal Closure: Proactively follow up on client leads, close deals, and ensure the incorporation process is completed within the agreed time frames.
- Customer Service Excellence: Prioritize client interests, respond promptly to feedback, and continuously work on improving the customer experience.
