Role Summary:CoreBridge Solutions is seeking a Lead Front-End Engineer to take a central role in driving the technical vision and execution of our web development initiatives. This role focuses primarily on the front-end development aspect, guiding the creation of high-quality web applications and enhancing our digital platforms' user interface and experience. The successful candidate will exhibit strong leadership qualities, deep expertise in front-end technologies, and exceptional communication skills. A profound understanding of the software development lifecycle, modern front-end development tools and practices, and the ability to inspire and lead a team of talented developers is essential.
Job Requirements:
- Spearhead the development and optimization of mobile-first websites and web applications, with a strong emphasis on performance and user experience.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to conceptualize, design, execute, and iterate on comprehensive web solutions.
- Ensure development projects adhere to security, data privacy standards, SEO compliance, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership across all stages of the web development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and support their professional growth.
- A reliable internet connection for effective remote work and collaboration.
Preferred Technical Proficiencies:
- Front-end Technologies: Advanced expertise in React for dynamic user interfaces. Familiarity with Angular and Vue.js is beneficial.
- Frameworks: Proficiency in Next.js for server-side rendering and Remix.js for advanced routing and data loading in React applications.
- CSS Frameworks: Skilled in Tailwind CSS for crafting custom, responsive designs directly within HTML.
- Front-end Leadership Experience: Direct experience leading front-end projects, with knowledge in back-end development (Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP) being a plus.
- Database and Cloud Services: Understanding of database management and cloud services is welcome, though the primary focus is on front-end development.
- Version Control and CI/CD: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or significant relevant work history.
- At least 5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on front-end technologies, and at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated success in leading front-end development projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing and mentoring a diverse team of developers.
