Role Overview:
As an Influencer Outreach Marketer at Avenue Z, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing influencer and affiliate marketing strategies for our clients. Reporting to the Manager of Influencer Outreach, your efforts will be crucial in enhancing brand engagement, authenticity, and customer advocacy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute influencer campaigns that increase brand reach and foster meaningful connections with the target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Influencer Campaign Execution:Assist in planning and executing influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with clients' marketing objectives. Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and social media specialists to integrate influencer content into broader marketing strategies. Ensure influencer content aligns with campaign themes, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Influencer & Affiliate Outreach and Relationship Management:Identify and engage with influencers that align with client brands. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring they have a positive experience working with our agency. Support influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle, from onboarding to content creation and post-campaign follow-up.
- Content Coordination and Curation:Coordinate the creation and delivery of high-quality influencer content. Ensure that content meets brand standards and legal requirements. Manage a repository of influencer-generated content and facilitate its use across various marketing channels.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, measuring key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions. Provide regular reports and insights to the Manager of Influencer Outreach, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaboration and Team Support:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, designers, copywriters, and social media managers, to ensure seamless integration of influencer content into overall marketing strategies. Support the Manager of Influencer Outreach in leading team initiatives and fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Client Communication:Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their brand voice, values, and target audience. Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress and performance. Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to refine influencer strategies.
- Product Send-Out Coordination:Support the coordination of influencer product samples, maintaining detailed records of interactions and feedback to ensure that the products are received by the influencers to complete campaign deliverables.
- Brainstorming and Ideation:Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas, influencer collaborations, and content strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on influencer marketing and social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and their functionalities, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms for content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of best practices in influencer marketing, content marketing, and organic social media strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., photo and video editing software) is a plus.
Compensation
- Job Type: Full-time Employee
- Annual Salary: $55,000 - $65,000/year
