This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer
Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.
What will my role entail?
As an Industry Solution Group Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our industry solution product strategy, oversee product development, and ensure successful market adoption. Your strategic vision, leadership, and cross-functional team collaboration will be essential in shaping innovative solutions that enhance our customer experience and drive growth.
Your strategic responsibilities will include:
- Identify gaps in consumer product offerings and devise innovative solutions.
- Guide the entire product lifecycle, from conception to release.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create successful products.
Your overall responsibilities will include:
- Product and Business Planning:
- Drive planning processes across cross-functional teams.
- Align product development with business goals.
- Market Analysis:
- Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships.
- Make informed decisions on product development.
- Competitive Differentiation:
- Assess competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Program Development:
- Create and implement effective programs based on product requirements.
- Timelines and Planning:
- Maintain production timelines across departments.
- Innovation:
- Evaluate new product ideas and strategize market entry.
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee research, analysis, planning, positioning, and launch.
- Requirements Translation
- Convert product strategy into detailed requirements for engineering teams.
- Business Cases and ROI
- Create strategy documents outlining business cases, use cases, and technical requirements.
- Sales Strategies
- Analyze market data to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with development, marketing, and sales teams for successful product releases.
- Product Positioning
- Craft messaging that highlights unique features of MazikCare, PowerGov, and shop floor solutions.
What’s required to be successful in this role?
- 7+ years of experience in the IT services industry with at least 2 years of experience in Product Management
- Expertise in healthcare solutions or manufacturing supply solutions
- Credible, positive professional with a commitment to quality work
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to develop productive customer/team relationships and work across functional boundaries
- Ability to effectively engage and influence business stakeholders, discern business needs and translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to oversee all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Effective cross-functional team leadership
- Previous success in fine-tuning product marketing strategies
- Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and public speaking abilities
- Ability to take ownership of assignments and work independently (or in a team) to accomplish goals
- Ability to successfully handle multiple work streams and embrace change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism while managing to deadlines and shifting priorities
- Willingness to travel when required (minimal)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
What else would set me apart?
- Previous experience with a Microsoft systems integrator
- Experience with Dynamics CE or Finance
- Master's Degree in Product Design or Engineering
