What the Job Looks Like
- Cleaning pots, pails, and utensils.
- Cleaning tanks.
- Cleaning totes, mostly by using the tote washer.
- Moving empty drum to the drum trailer.
- Pumping out mixes into pails, drums, and totes.
- Verifying item numbers, lot numbers, and weights on FDA mixes (acting as the “2nd signature”).
- Complies with all required PPE.
- Demonstrates reliability and dependability by consistently maintaining good attendance.
- Follows supervisor/manager directions.
- Follows all safety rules/procedures and abides by all Company policies.
- Consistently demonstrates alignment with all Core Values.
- Follows through to completion of any assigned tasks.
- Demonstrates ability to multi-task and prioritize job requirements to meet the needs of the business.
- Demonstrates good self-motivation and time management skills.
- Maintains quality and efficiency standards designated by supervisor/manager; and
- Works well and effectively both individually and as part of a team.
