Manager, Engineering Test Lab

We are seeking a talented and motivated Manager for our Engineering Test Lab to join our New Product Development team focused on the validation and compliance of ruggedized electronics. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in releasing our products to market and ensuring the products meet reliability goals. This is a Safety Sensitive Position.

· Lead and manage a team of test engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.· Develop and maintain test plans for products, including schedules and tracking documentation.· Maintain the lab budget.· Collaborate with a cross-functional team including hardware and software engineers, to create the necessary tools, applications, and equipment for testing a product.· Guide the development of automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process.· Drive the implementation of the Test Lab Roadmap, expanding capabilities and developing new processes.Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Preferred)· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in test engineering or a related activity.· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.· Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.· Knowledge of electronics, reliability engineering, and Environmental and Electrical test equipment.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
