Job Description
- Manage a team of BI developers, ODI_ETL developers and business analysts.
- Work with the PM to assign tasks and responsibilities of the team.
- Collaborate with the client stakeholders that own the business applications that integrate with the data warehouse.
- Collaborate with our Solution Architect on overall architecture design in support of the client’s ongoing modernization initiatives.
- Develop an "as-is" data architecture document by reviewing/studying existing data warehouse
- Develop and document data architecture to integrate Salesforce/Hubspot into existing data systems and Processes
- Design and document solutions to data from both internal and external systems
- Design and develop Data Flow and process diagrams
- Develop and document data exchange framework for data between internal and external systems
- Support requests from client to develop periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, etc.) to be distributed through email exchange server
- Perform data profile and data analysis on data existing in multiple systems and document all data issues
- Recommend and implement changes to existing Data Warehouse schema and ETL processes as needed
- Design and develop prototype for semantic layer (i.e., RPD) design and develop data structures and ETL to support data views
- Evaluate current data architecture and recommend options for modernizing with consideration of the client’s overall business application modernization strategy
Qualifications
- Oracle Analytic Server (OAS) and Data Visualization is preferred
- Oracle Analytics Publisher (aka BI Publisher) is preferred
- Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) required
- Oracle Database Engine
- Microsoft Power BI is preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce/Hubspot
- Experience with Oracle Analytic Server (OAS), Data Visualization, and Oracle Analytics Publisher (BI Publisher) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data security best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and quality.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Salesforce/Hubspot integration.
