Symplicity is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Coordinator for our Custom Campaigns solution which is available to employers recruiting early-talent. As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will work closely with clients to understand the role they are trying to fill or events they are hoping to promote before building, launching, optimizing, and delivering on ROI to our valued clients.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand what their recruiting goals are and establish campaign success criteria
- Gather branding elements from clients to be used in campaigns
- Build, launch, and track performance of campaigns sharing updates with clients
- Optimize campaigns to increase ROI for clients
- Roll up campaign performance KPIs monthly and deliver to Director, Product Management
- Educate both clients and internal stakeholders on campaigns
- Occasionally join Account Executives or Client Management on calls with prospects to speak to the value of campaigns
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proficient communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to thrive in both collaborative and autonomous environments
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using email marketing tools
