YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Monitor and review customer credit accounts to identify risks or opportunities for credit limit adjustments· Develop and implement credit risk management strategies and policies· Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential customers by analyzing financial statements, credit reports and other relevant information· Identify and analyze trends and patterns related to credit risk to provide recommendations· Create credit scoring models for risk assessments· Lead, manage and monitor the performance of the AR Department· Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues, negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes
YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Establish and manage relationships with operations and sales departments· Provide consistent exceptional customer service· Report to leadership on tracking of KPI's, financial ratios and accounts receivable aging results
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field· 7+ years of proven experience in accounting/finance with an emphasis on accounts receivable· Strong Microsoft Office experience and financial software, specifically in Microsoft Excel with spreadsheet applications· Ability to develop and implement corporate policies and procedures· Excellent communication and organizational skillsFor more information about PENN Power Group, please visit our website at www.pennpowergroup.comAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
