Role Overview:

Avenue Z is seeking an experienced Creative Strategist specialized in Performance Marketing to play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. With a focus on excellence and innovation in paid media, this role is designed for a strategist who excels in the fast-paced world of advertising and is adept at leveraging paid media to achieve exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities:


  • Spearhead the development and execution of creative strategies across various digital platforms, with a particular emphasis on paid social media.
  • Conduct thorough research and develop testing strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Craft iteration roadmaps and formulate testing hypotheses to guide content creation and strategic decision-making.
  • Write detailed creative briefs and collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Execute strategic creative testing, analyze results, and leverage findings to inform future campaigns.
  • Implement both short-term and long-term strategic plans for a diverse client portfolio, focusing on driving aggressive business growth.
  • Utilize digital analytics and marketing tools to extract insights and develop ROI-driven optimization strategies.
  • Act as a bridge between the media, creative teams, and clients, ensuring cohesive and impactful brand and social strategies.
  • Monitor competitor ad libraries, analyzing their creative concepts, messaging, and angles. Utilize this insight to refine our own strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Oversee the design team's workflow, ensuring they meet project deadlines while delivering high-quality work. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to maintain consistency and excellence in creative output.
  • Establish and uphold agency best practices for platform standards and campaign execution. 

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on creative strategy and paid media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and their functionalities, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms for content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of best practices in influencer marketing, content marketing, and organic social media strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., photo and video editing software) is a plus.

Compensation


  • Job Type: Full-time Employee
  • Annual Salary: $55,000 - $65,000/year
