About You:
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft .NET and in cloud services and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft technologies, general website hosting solutions, and CI/CD tools. You will handle server management, monitoring, and ensuring the security of our internal and client’s digital environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Advanced knowledge in .NET / ASP.NET and C#
- Provide advanced support for different Microsoft technologies, including Azure, IIS, and SQL Server.
- Manage web applications on Heroku
- Manage Cloudflare Accounts for DNS management and security certificates
- Provide advanced support across a wide range of hosting solutions. Ex: Managed WordPress hosting such as WP Engine and Pantheon
- Manage code repositories on Bitbucket and GitHub
- Implement and manage CI/CD tools, including AWS Code Deployment, Bitbucket and GitHub webhooks.
- Ensure server management, monitoring, and security
- Manage and support AWS services, with a focus on S3, CloudFront and RDS
Nice to have:
- Expertise in Microsoft's data and insights tools: Fabric, PowerBI, PowerApps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in CI/CD tools, server management, monitoring, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work with different Agile project management tools such as Jira.
- We are seeking a contributor who is comfortable working directly with clients in collaborative sessions and proficient in speaking English.
- Fluent in English - both written and verbal.
- Legal status to work in Panama, Panama City.
