Job Summary  We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Account Executive to join our growing team. As a Technical Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with key clients. Leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of client needs, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our technical solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for technology with your sales acumen to contribute to the success and growth of our organization.  Responsibilities  

  • Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our technical solutions.  
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.  
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.  
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our technical solutions to clients through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.  
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges.  
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, helping them understand how our solutions can address their specific needs.  
  • Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress toward sales goals.  
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and document all sales activities and client interactions.  

Requirements


The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong knowledge of security, compliance, and/or monitoring systems and typical business processes. Must possess strong presentation skills and communicate professionally in response to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.  

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-4 years of relevant experience  
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.  

  • Able to travel throughout the sales territory.  
  • Preferred knowledge of key technologies and subjects including TCP/IP and networking, Vulnerability Management, Policy Compliance/Audit Tools, Firewalls, Web App Security, Endpoint Detection and Response, and other relevant enterprise security solutions  
  • A working knowledge of M365 is a plus.
