As our ideal Operations Specialist at Brightwell, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our clients and providing solutions to their problems. Your focus will be split between operational dashboard monitoring and client relationship management. **This is a REMOTE position, based in the U.S. Quarterly travel to Atlanta will be required.** Eligible states of residence:  AL, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, ME, NC, PA, TX, VA, WI As a part of our selection process, we require all Brightwell candidates to complete a 10-minute survey which you can find here:  Culture Index Survey. This confidential survey lets us match your unique strengths with our open positions. What You’ll Do: 

  • Monitor operations dashboard of daily transaction volume for assigned book of  
  • business. 
  • Monitor operations dashboard daily error logs for assigned books of business. 
  • Proactively identify trends in error logs and work with clients and internal Brightwell  
  • departments to alleviate the number of errors. 
  • If urgent, escalate issues directly to the Product and Engineering teams or open a ticket to document the issue in the backlog if it does not require immediate action. 
  • Manage elements of projects with competing priorities. 
  • Act as the first point of contact for any issues escalated directly by clients, whether by phone, email, or online portals. 
  • Manage client-related program guides and documentation. 
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with all assigned clients.  
  • Take on other projects, as assigned. 

As an Operations Specialist, you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. 
  • 1+ year of experience working in payments or remittances. 
  • Proven experience in client relations or account management. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis. 
  • A high level of proficiency in Excel (you should be able to effortlessly create pivot tables, V-lookups, X-lookups, etc.) 
  • A high degree of tech savviness.  
  • Superior written and verbal communication with concise and persuasive presentation skills. 
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
