Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Employee Engagement and HR Business Partner to enhance employee satisfaction and align HR initiatives with business objectives. This role requires a strategic approach to employee engagement and effective HR business partnering to develop a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement and Satisfaction:
- Develop and implement a sustainable employee engagement strategy, designing and executing a calendar that includes events, workshops, and recognition initiatives to enhance belonging and satisfaction.
- Manage the annual employee engagement survey and develop action plans to boost engagement levels.
- Organize and manage employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and execute strategy for the remote employees.
- Create and execute an internal communications strategy for clear and engaging messaging.
- Produce high-quality written and visual content for internal platforms.
- Develop and execute strategy for organization’s social media handles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve engagement programs.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to measure and enhance the impact of engagement initiatives.
HR Business Partnering:
- Conduct weekly and monthly check-ins with new hires to ensure smooth integration into the business.
- Manage HR metrics such as attrition, e-NPS, learning hours, and gender ratio
- Work on high-value, high-visibility Global HR projects
- Deep understanding of employee engagement principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with communication tools and platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in in creating impactful PPTs
- Proficient in using digital communication creation tools (e.g., canva )
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
