PowerApps Developer to support our client's projects.US BASED CANDIDATES ONLY. This is an remote position. The opportunity
TECKpert seeks to hire a PowerApps Developer to support our client, a federal government agency in managing and enhancing existing Power Apps applications and develop new ones as needed. This role is critical in maintaining the smooth operation of various systems they employ. This is a remote position, requiring 20 hours a week. Availability is required Monday through Friday from 9:00am through 3:00pm. Extended hours and weekends to support end-users and urgent requirements may be necessary on an as-needed basis.Job duties includes but not limited to:Maintenance and Development:
- Maintain existing Power Apps applications and workflows.
- Diagnose and fix errors related to workflows.
- Develop and create new Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
- Streamline and improve existing applications.
- Manage SharePoint lists, Teams channels, and Outlook group distribution lists.
Support and Training:
- Provide hands-on support and training to the client.
- Document existing workflows for future reference.
- Assist staff with accessing and using Power Apps and related tools.
- Address issues related to Microsoft patches and updates.
Process Improvement:
- Analyze current processes and provide solutions to improve and streamline operations.
- Create and maintain dashboards for project updates and reporting.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the client's team and other stakeholders.
- Provide monthly status reports and documentation of workflows to the client manager.
Compensation and Term
This opportunity is for a full-time, ongoing need with contract to hire possibility and pay commensurate with experience up to $50 per hour. Qualifications you needA successful PowerApps Developer has the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with PowerApps..
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining Power Apps applications.
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate workflows, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Experience in providing technical support and training.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience working with federal agencies or in a government contracting environment is preferred.
