Who we are looking for:


The Sales Manager position is responsible for driving sales with our key strategic retail partners, utilizing all available resources and managing long term relationships with merchants and their various cross-functional teams.Who You Are:

  • Bachelor in Business or related. 
  • 3-5 years of experience. 
  • Experience in retail/merchandising.
  • Working knowledge of sales process and objectives.
  • Demonstrated approach to customer service.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and presentation tools.
  • Knowledge of Retail link, Luminate desirable.
  • Soft Skills: organization, attention to detail, problem solving, troubleshooting, adaptability, tech savvy.

What you will do:


  • Review and report sales performance data to internal and external customers to drive sales for store and e-comm businesses.  Analyze e-comm sales data, website traffic and customer engagement metrics to identify trends and patterns.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to e-comm sales, such as conversion rates, average order value and customer acquisition cost.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Inventory Management teams to forecast sales and inventory needs for store and e-comm businesses.  Identify areas of underperformance and work with team to implement corrective measures.
  • Assist in developing annual and quarterly sales plans and budgets based on data driven insights.
  • Lead and support day to day correspondence with retailer and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Design and Merchandising in line development, based on sales driven facts and opportunities.
  • Manage costing requests along with communication to the customer.
  • Secure, manage & review detail confirmation of customer orders (store & E-comm); follow through with all asks from internal and external teams (mod templates, dimension templates, page content updates, mod imagery uploads).  Collaborate with internal replenishment team for order drops, IS and replenishment.
  • Manage all e-comm business for Kids and Men’s categories;  item set up, item maintenance, tracking logs, inventory re-work, and DSV forecasting.
  • Manage the e-comm platform ensuring user friendly navigation, product visibility and a smooth check out process.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.  Conduct in-depth analysis to understand the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, product assortment, pricing strategies and promotional activities.
