The Role: Payroll Analyst
As a Payroll Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our valued clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve working closely with clients over the phone, guiding them through payroll processes, and addressing their queries with care and expertise. What will you be doing?
As a Payroll Analyst in our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new client payrolls, overseeing setup and day-to-day payroll operations.
- Managing and integrating diverse data sets to guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Applying your expertise to enforce policies and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Maintaining a positive and supportive demeanor in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Addressing client inquiries regarding payroll procedures, integration of new clients, and collaboration with accountants.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal for candidates with the following skills and experiences:
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Windows, email/Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
