About the Role:


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Distributor Sales and Solutions team as a Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for project managing the onboarding of new programs and campaigns for our health insurance distributor partners. Additionally, you will play a key role in monitoring the performance of both new and existing programs, ensuring that they align with our partners’ objectives and deliver optimal results.

Responsibilities:


Collaborate with B2B customers to understand their needs and objectives for new program implementations.Lead the project management efforts for onboarding new programs and campaigns, ensuring timely and successful execution.Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and data engineering teams, to coordinate resources and deliverables for implementation projects.Coordinate data ingestion and integration requirements with our internal data engineering team and the partners' technology team.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress and ensure alignment with customer expectations.Monitor the performance of new and existing programs, analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Provide regular updates and reports to B2B customers on program performance and key insights.Serve as a primary point of contact for B2B customers, addressing inquiries and concerns related to program implementation and performance.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.2+ years of experience in project management or business analytics preferably in a B2B or healthcare-related environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools/software.

Preferred Qualifications:
