StockX is an established global startup headquartered in the USA with development offices in Bangalore India. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to craft strategy, drive requirements, and deliver products that power our global growth especially in Acquisition (i.e. getting new users) and Retention of (existing) users. In this role, you will work closely with our Engineering teams, fellow Product Managers, User research / Design, Technical Program Managers, and stakeholders in every part of the StockX organization to deliver user solutions on our Website and Apps globally.

What you’ll do 


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Own a product line, define its vision, requirements, and strategies supported by internal and external analysis for Growth, on the Buy side of the business. 
  • Manage the product roadmap for initiatives/features that enhance the customer experience on Website and on Apps (both iOS & Android).
  • Work with product, tech, and business teams worldwide to ensure alignment and maximize synergies for both user acquisition and retention via CRM techniques, including omni-channel user journeys and channels such as email, push, SMS etc
  • Make prioritization and trade-off decisions, balancing user experience, developer experience, and business value such as impact / time to market to achieve quarterly business results.
  • Work closely with software teams - both programmatic and machine learning - to orchestrate successful go-to-market efforts for product launches and achieve long term growth goals.
  • Be a champion for global customers at all times, regardless of the current demands and needs of the roadmap.
  • Experience with and comfortable working across time zones and cultures; Flexibility to accommodate off-hour calls with other geographies
  • Demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence and influence in both written and oral communications with senior leaders, peers, and team members.

About you 


The successful candidate will be a thought leader, highly collaborative, global-minded, and have a high level of customer focus. You should be a motivated self-starter that can work both independently and influence others in a fast-paced environment. 

  • At least 5 years in a Product Management role at a consumer facing eCommerce business, including handling SEO, SEM, User Acquisition
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; understanding of user tracking & funnel analysis; ability to write product requirements for engineering & in overseeing successful, cross functional projects 
  • Experience working with tools/systems to analyze data including ability to write SQL queries if needed
  • Experience working with user research, doing competitive analysis and market research
  • Location - Bangalore India (hybrid; in office at least 2 days in a week)

Nice to have skills 


Dual-sided managed marketplace experience preferred

  • Exposure in overseeing iOS and Android applications
  • Preferred experience in incorporating machine learning into projects
