This role: A day and week in the life…
- Execute on-time delivery of large scale and strategic client implementations while leading your team to successfully manage all stages of the implementation cycle, including process review, data migration, configuration, testing, integrations, and deployment for our SaaS solutions for Association clients.
- Enable, train, retain and support a world-class team with mentoring and coaching to meet organizational utilization and profitability objectives while driving client-focused best practices and outcome-based professional services engagements.
- Partner with leaders cross-functional teams to provide visibility into progress, risks, budgets, and metrics including acting on course corrections, offering innovative solutions, and creating repeatable efficiencies.
This role: You will be successful in this role if you…
- Have successfully led a team of Project Managers in SaaS software implementation to meet revenue, profitability, and utilization objectives. PMP Certification or equivalent is strongly desired.
- Exhibit a strong EQ and positive executive presence, having worked with C-level decision makers to align with their organizational priorities and manage client escalations, if needed.
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement and growth-mindset approach to driving process improvement, efficiency, quality, and positive client experience in a growing organization.
- Have a BA/BS degree a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a SaaS implementation environment with 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience working with AMS, ERP, CRM, or similar systems engagements.
- Willing to travel as required, up to 10% to support client implementations and/or team member engagement.
