This role: A day and week in the life…
- Support configuration workflow for new client implementation projects as needed.
- Assist with gathering and analysis of client business requirements and objectives and provide recommendations on how to best tailor the software configuration to meet those objectives.
- Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements, and/or workarounds to enhance the client’s experience.
- Participate in internal testing for new functionality and support User acceptance testing with clients.
- Lead pre-launch review and validation prior to go live.
This role: You will be successful in this role if you…
- Worked 3 years as software business analyst.
- Earned a BA/BS degree in a related field.
- Experience implementing Software-as-a-Service based applications.
- Have a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
