Senior Program Manager
We are looking for a relationship-focused Senior Program Manager who is excited about taking the next step in their career. The Techstars Perks Program provides our founders preferential access to curated solutions to support the startup stack from pre-seed to scale. These perks represent a wide range of product, service and platform offers, from web apps to hosting to HR support and more. As the Senior Program Manager, you will have end-to-end ownership for the scaled design and development of the program by:
- Identifying startup needs at every stage of growth
- Sourcing and negotiating best-in-class perks based on those needs
- Tracking performance and managing relationships with solution providers
- Collaborating closely with accelerator investments and engineering to design and implement a founder-friendly and recommendation-worthy perks platform
- Supporting founders to offer their own perks
Responsibilities:
- Support the scaled evolution of the Techstars Perks Program by conducting market and customer analysis, identifying portfolio companies needs and solutions across every stage of growth
- Source and negotiate discounts, premier access, and service agreements with select, best-in-class startup solution providers
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop features on platform to enable discovery, redemption, service, and tracking across perks
- Manage relationships with providers with the aim of expanding and/or improving their offers to our founders
- Measure performance through founder satisfaction survey, provider engagement, perks redemptions, etc.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in program management, partner management, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience managing partner/stakeholder expectations through clearly defined objectives and focused execution against plans
- Experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards in a business intelligence tool
- Strong interest in the discourse around technology, entrepreneurship, venture capital, and collaborative innovation
- Data-driven, incredibly organized, and founder-focused with the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively to deliver results
- The idea of working cross-functionally across Techstars and with other companies to come up with innovative solutions and ideas excites you
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and high attention to detail
- Proficient with corporate productivity tools, primarily Google Suite (Docs, Forms, Sheets, and Slides), Hubspot, and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Compensation range:
Base salary with 10% bonus
