We are seeking a Product Manager to join the MyMove team within our Home division of Red Ventures. The Product Manager will drive the roadmap, feature definition and delivery for a product within the MyMove portfolio. 
As a Product Manager, you will deep dive into customer behavior and performance and lead the creation of new features and AI-driven tools to enhance the customer experience and drive additional revenue.This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week. 

What You’ll Do:


  • Define product features and drive the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of our Movers strategy, advertiser needs, market trends and the competitive landscape
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales and design to ensure timely and successful product launches
  • Work directly and indirectly with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams and third parties to ensure alignment on strategy and execution of deliverables
  • Develop and implement testing initiatives aligned with the broader business goals and analyze performance against core KPIs
  • Develop and gain buy-in for product direction and feature prioritization that supports the overall product strategy and aligns with the broader goals for growth of the MyMove business.
  • Define and measure key success metrics and work autonomously to deliver towards those goals
  • Identify opportunities for new business growth

What We’re Looking For:


  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a product management role, preferably working on app development
  • Outstanding intellect, drive, and interpersonal skills and the desire to challenge the status quo
  • Track record of developing product strategies that consider business goals, consumer needs, feasibility, time to market, unit economics, ROI and competition
  • Proven proactive approach to product management, with strong follow-through, resourcefulness, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of productivity, adaptability, innovation and follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and guide them towards a unified product vision
  • Passionate about understanding customer behavior and enhancing the product experience.
  • Strong level of accountability and ability to communicate across functional teams to drive priorities, anticipate pitfalls, and raise issues before they become project blockers
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
