Identifying issues with turbine blades is only the first step. In 2019, SkySpecs launched Horizon to be a platform for SkySpecs to offer a multi-layered solution for customers that includes: data collection, wind turbine blade engineering expertise, and a place for all stakeholders to collaborate to manage and analyze massive amounts of data, spot trends, and create plans for high-cost repair campaigns. Since 2021, SkySpecs acquired three companies specializing in wind turbine drivetrain monitoring, financial management and automated turbine data analytics and fleet optimization, further expanding our offering in the market.

Ultimately, this will help reduce the cost and risk of operations for the industry.

What will I be getting myself into?

The Sales Associate will be tasked with supporting day-to-day sales activity with duties aligned to Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Operations organizations.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be a trusted member of the sales team working with multiple teams, following and supporting the strict processes we have developed to manage our Global Inspections sales activity.

As a Sales Associate, you will:


  • Support sales team members in the creation of sales activity in our CRM
  • Support sales team members with RFP / ITT activities.
  • Manage the sales-to-order fulfillment process within our CRM
  • Review non-standard terms and ensure these are mapped within the company CRM and ensure the relevant departments are aware of the importance of each deviation
  • Manage compliance to the company’s contract management system, including uploading and tagging contracts into the repository
  • Provides a high level of communication, coordination, and support throughout the sales process so that a smooth handover to Customer Success and Project Managers can be achieved
  • This position will require multitasking and willingness to take on various responsibilities of Sales / Customer Success / Sales Operations.

Requirements of the job:


  • Minimum 2 year experience in contract management and/or Sales Operations / Sales experience
  • Demonstrated history of CRM systems
  • Ability to embrace new technology, applications, and solutions
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or Services organization
  • Must have strong people/customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Being process-oriented
  • Good problem solver
  • Self motivated
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
