- Assist in collecting and presenting up-to-date knowledge on cultural news of the day and keeping the team informed of social trends
- Assist in creating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Develop written and visual content, including but not limited to posts, images and videos
- Collaborate with the Social team to ensure content aligns with the brand voice and messaging
- Assist in tracking key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Assist in developing and executing campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Graphic design, photography, or video editing skills are a plus.
