  • Deeply understanding the client's business landscape, organizational structure, KPIs/OKRs, and technological ecosystem, particularly focusing on SLDS/P20W data systems.

  • Acting as a strategic advisor and solution architect, offering insights into the client's current technology infrastructure, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborating with clients to identify innovative solutions and recommendations that align with Resultant's objectives and the client's needs.

  • Providing guidance and mentorship to project managers and team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

  • Monitoring project progress and addressing any escalations or challenges promptly and effectively.

  • Maintaining confidentiality while offering support to clients in navigating complex issues related to people, processes, or technology.

  • Staying abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and enhance client outcomes.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the financial aspects of client engagements, including invoicing, forecasting, and budget oversight.

  • Ensuring contract compliance and managing all contractual agreements and renewals.

  • Cultivating client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.

  • Leading business development initiatives, including responding to RFPs, identifying strategic partnerships, and driving competitive differentiation.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing complex portfolios, with a focus on SLDS/P20W data systems.

  • Technical proficiency and a quick aptitude for learning new technologies.
